Dover Police Arrested Suspect In Connection With Vandalizing The DE Law Enforcement Memorial
Dover police arrested and charged a man in connection with vandalizing the Delaware Law Enforcement Memorial on Friday Morning. When officers arrived on scene, they found a cellphone and an ax. They were able to determine that the phone belonged to 42 year old Kyle Bullock. Bullock returned and asked officers if they had seen a cell phone, claiming he lost it in the area while protesting. A release stated that officers obtained video evidence of the incident and then obtained warrants for his arrest. Delaware State Police arrested Bullock at his home without incident. They charged him with a single count of Felony level Criminal Mischief Over $5,000.
