When You Should Throw Out Your Pet’s Toys
If you have pets it’s likely you’ve bought them plenty of toys. Sometimes toys last for months and other times it seems like the second they get them, it’s already time for the trash. According to veterinarian Jennifer Frione here are a few signs it’s time to throw that toy away.
When a soft toy starts to rip and you can see stuffing, it is time for it to be replaced. Also, if the toy is made of rubber and it starts to fall apart, it is also time for a replacement. According to Yahoo.com, the biggest problem keeping these toys can cause are gastrointestinal issues. They can be caused when a piece of a worn out toy is shallowed! Experts also suggest that toys that aren’t thrown away should be regularly sanitized.
