2023 Help Our Kids Radiothon Raised $323,278 For Nemours Children’s Health

The 2023 Help Our Kids Radiothon held on September 21 & 22, 2023 at Nemours raised $323,278.  This marks the radiothons 13th year.

Mix 99.5 WJBR broadcasted live over the two days, with Deanna & Justin in the Morning, Mike Rossi, Eric Johnson, Donna Cavender, Lora Lewis, the one and only Michael Waite and more.  During the broadcast we shared stories of hope, courage and compassion.  You heard from patients, patient families, community members and Nemours Children’s associates.  The radiothon returned this year to the Anthony R. Fusco Atrium at Nemours Children's Health

Last year, the event raised over $300,000, bringing the total amount raised over the past 13 years to nearly $4 million. These funds are essential as we continuously provide social and emotional support to children and families to normalize the hospital experience through programs such as Child Life, Pet Therapy, Creative Arts Therapy and Palliative Care.
