Where to See 4th of July Fireworks Shows In Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey

We are getting closer to the 4th of July Weekend which means lots of grilling, a beach trip or two and thank the gods the return of FIREWORKS! Here is the list of locations within the 1st state to catch some really cool fireworks shows this Independence day.
OCEAN CITY, MD– There will be two locations for fireworks to celebrate Independence Day, one at North Division Beach and another at 125th Street at Northside Park. Both shows will start simultaneously at 9:30 p.m.
PHILADELPHIA, PA– Philly is going all out for Fourth of July this year. The show will take place over the Philadelphia Art Museum at 8 p.m., then at 9:30 the Wawa Welcome America show will begin with performances from Bebe Rexha and Flo Rida at the Mann Center.
CAMDEN, NJ– Fireworks will take place at 9:30 p.m. over the Delaware River as a part of Camden’s Freedom Festival.
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ– There will also be two firework shows in Atlantic City. The first one will be at the Borgata at 9:20 p.m. and the second will take place at the Tropicana at 10 p.m., the fireworks can be viewed from the boardwalk or the beach. Parking at the Borgata is $5 or $10 for valet.
CAPE MAY, NJ– At 9:15 p.m., a sea barge will let off fireworks in front of Congress Hall.
WILDWOOD, NJ– The Pine Avenue beach will be the host for this years Fourth of July fireworks display beginning at 10 p.m.
OCEAN CITY, NJ– The fireworks display in Ocean City, NJ can be watched from the Ocean City boardwalk beginning at 9 p.m.
SEA ISLE CITY, NJ– At 9 p.m., the fireworks will be set off from an ocean barge near 50th Street beach.
STONE HARBOR, NJ– The fireworks will go off at 9 p.m. and can be viewed from any beach.
REHOBOTH, DE– Rehoboth will be holding its 4th of July fireworks display a day early on Saturday July 3rd. The show will start at 9:30 p.m. at 229 Rehoboth Avenue. The City of Rehoboth will also have musical performances by the Funsters at the Bandstand starting at 8 p.m.
LEWES, DE– The Lewes Independence Day Boat Parade will return to its normal route down the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal from Roosevelt’s Inlet to Fisherman’s Wharf. The Boat Parade will begin at 2 p.m. and the fireworks will follow at Dusk.
BETHANY BEACH, DE– Bethany Beach will be hosting their fireworks on Monday July 5th at 9:15 p.m. The fireworks will shoot off from the beach off Wellington Parkway.
DEWEY, DE– Fireworks have returned to Dewey Beach! Fireworks will take place in front of Northbeach at 125 McKinley Avenue around 9:30 p.m.
NEWARK, DE– On July 2nd, University of Delaware will have their own fireworks show at the universities athletic complexes. The show will start at 9:15 p.m. and can be watched from the parking lots of the athletic complexes.
WILMINGTON, DE– Also on July 2nd, enjoy an amazing firework show and get a ride on a vintage locomotive! Enjoy a festive train ride and a stop in Hockessin for the show! Festivities will begin at 7 p.m. at Wilmington and Western railroad. On July 3rd, enjoy a baseball game and a firework show! What could be more American than that? Watch the Wilmington Blue Rocks go head-to-head with the Rome Braves and enjoy a firework show after the game! The game starts at 7:05 p.m. at the Blue Rocks Stadium and the fireworks follow immediately after.
DOVER, DE– Also on July 3rd, the First State Heritage Park will be hosting a colonial style Independence Day celebration. There will be guided walking tours, lawn games, a performance by 287th Army Band of the Delaware National Guard followed by fireworks show! The festivities start at 9:00 a.m. and go until 4:30 p.m.
SMYRNA, DE– On July 4th enjoy a cozy firework show from your own car in the parking lots of Smyrna Middle & High Schools
