Survey Finds People In Missouri Had The Most Stress In 2020
It’s no doubt that last year was stressful for everyone. In fact, the majority of Americans said that overall last year was the most stressful year of their lives. A new survey shows that people in Missouri might have been the most stressed of any of us. According to FoxNews.com, people in Missouri spend an average of 3 hours and 18 minutes of every day stressing.
In second place was Mississippi where people spent an average of 3 hours and 12 minutes a day worrying and West Virginia where they spent an average of 3 hours and 6 minutes worrying a day. Georgia, Louisiana, and Vermont all tied for forth place. On the opposite end of the spectrum Iowa managed to stress the least in 2020!
Overall 72% of the responders to the survey said 2020 was the most stressful year of their life with 57% saying they are currently more stress than they’ve ever been. The top reasons for this stress include: 1) lack of savings 2) state of the country 3) the election 4) living paycheck to paycheck 5) coronavirus.
