One of Delaware’s favorite lottery games is Mega Millions and the jackpot has surpassed $630M with the cash option at $359.7M!
Nobody matched all six numbers in Tuesday’s (7/19/22) Mega Millions drawing.
That means that this Friday’s jackpot will be worth an estimated $630 million!
The jackpot is the fifth largest in Mega Millions history, and the 12th largest lottery prize in U.S. history, lottery officials say.
The last time someone won the Mega Millions jackpot was on April 15th, when a Tennessee resident scored a $20 million jackpot.
Back on May 24th a retired veteran from Elkton Maryland, won $1 million from the Mega Millions drawing. That ticket was purchased in Rising Sun, Maryland.
On May 18, 2021 a group of 17 co-workers in Newark won a million in Mega Millions. They matched all 5 numbers but missed the Mega Ball. They purchased their ticket at Shop Rite of Four Seasons in Glasgow.
