2021 Had The Coldest February Since 1989
If you’re feeling a little extra anxious for Spring and nice weather you aren’t alone. It’s not only because of the pandemic that this winter has seemed extra long. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (Monday) just released a report saying we just finished the coldest February in 32 years.
According to Newer.com, an artic air mass is to blame. It also made the list of top 10 coldest February recorded in Arkansan, Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Iowa. We also had the most snow coverage since 2003 across the nation.
