Phoenix Fire Crew Uses Truck Ladder To Visit Co-Worker With COVID
An Arizona firefighter was in his hospital bed, sick with COVID-19 when he received an unusual surprise!
Dan Volcko is a 20 year veteran for the Phoenix Fire Department. He was hospitalized for coronavirus after being exposed while on the job. He said he was laying in bed when he started hearing beeping sounds from outside his window. Dan noticed the sound was a lot like a firetruck when he looked out his window and discovered his crewmates were extending their ladder towards his window.
According to upi.com, Volcko said he felt a lot stronger after the visit. He is now at home recovering from the virus and will return to work soon!
