The airline has added two new, nonstop tropical destinations, including San Juan, Puerto Rico and Sarasota-Bradenton, Florida.
This makes Avelo Airlines the first airline to offer nonstop flights beyond the continental United States from Wilmington at ILG. So much more convenient than having to head to Philly. The lines, the traffic, ugh!
This addition means Avelo now serves 15 nonstop destinations from Wilmington. In fact, since taking flight in February, Avelo has flown over 125,000 passengers from ILG, making it the fastest single-year growth rate in airport history.
Look at us? We are some traveling fools here in Delaware.
And the prices of these flights won't set you back too much! They're very affordable. The special introductory one-way fares between ILG and San Juan's Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) start at $99*. Introductory one-way fares between ILG and Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) start at $49*. Customers can make reservations at AveloAir.com.
