The Wilmington Riverfront is already quickly becoming a high traffic area for local commuters. It’s a great place to step outside of the office, walk around, enjoy the sights, take in some sunshine and get your steps in.
One thing that would make lunchtime even better, is if you added entertainment into the mix.
Imagine being able to step outside your office with your salad, sit on a bench and listen to some music!
Well, now you can.
All thanks to the Riverfront Development Corporation. The RDC is thrilled to announce the return of their Riverfront Summer Concert Series and Lunchtime Entertainment Series for 2023.
Evening concerts have been a long-standing tradition on the Riverfront. They will continue on Thursday evenings in July and August beginning July 6th from 7:30-8:30 p.m.
In addition, the Lunchtime Entertainment Series has been added again with performances at Hare Pavilion every Wednesday in June through August from 12:15-1:15.
The series will begin this week, just in time for the summer weather.
