Rehoboth Will Offer Free Parking On Mondays Starting Next Week
Parking in Rehoboth Beach will be free on Monday nights. ‘Meterless Mondays’ start on July 27th through August 31st. The goal is to draw visitors to help businesses struggling with lost revenues due to the coronavirus pandemic. Commissioners have yet to decide what time free parking will begin. They have discussed allowing free parking only in the evenings, maybe 4 or 5 pm until 10 pm. A decision will be made when they get more insight on potential revenue losses.
