Popular Brewery With 3 Locations In Delaware Overhauls Menu
The award winning and popular Delaware brewery Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant has overhauled most of their menu.
Iron Hill has locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Greenville, South Carolina and now their customers will find options that span everyone’s tastes.
The menu re-imagining is one of the more aggressive moves in the 25 year history of the eatery and features 30 new items.
Most of the new menu will focus on their award winning beers!
“There are 19 brewery-inspired dishes on the menu incorporating a signature Iron Hill beer as an ingredient, from Fried Rhode Island Calamari with sriracha IPA ranch to Pretzel Crusted Salmon with IPA mustard. Vienna Red Lager adds a depth of flavor to several dishes, including Beer-Battered Fish & Chips, Fisherman’s Seafood Stew with shrimp, scallops, PEI mussels, cod balanced with Old Bay, and BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich. Homestead Ale brings bright flavors to the namesake Mussels, and Pig Iron Porter adds a rustic and hearty flavor profile to the Korean Short Rib Taco” according to a press release.
But don’t worry Iron Hill faithful…loads of customer favorites are remaining.
Popular pizza dishes like Voodoo Chicken Pizza remain on the menu, while Chicken & Artichoke Flatbread or Tuscan Vegetable Flatbread encourages guests to explore a variety of flavors.
The Wilmington Riverfront restaurant, alongside its other locations, will also feature Healthier Options alongside their brewery inspired fare.
Black bean burgers, Ahi tuna, and salmon cakes will fall under this section.
I did a dive into the menu and found the best news of all….the Country Schnitzel is staying!

Their brunch selection features the Brewer’s Breakfast and an over the top Bloody Mary.
The Oh Bloody Hill is garnished with Cheesesteak Eggroll, Grilled Shrimp, Nashville Hot Chicken Slider, Bacon, and Celery on top of a Bloody Mary.
