Chipotle To Test Cauliflower Rice
Chipotle is about to make a lot of people doing grain-free diets happy. The chain is testing Cauliflower Rice that can be used in its dishes. The test will happen at 55 Chipotle stores in Colorado and Wisconsin starting on Wednesday. However, there will be a $2 charge to substitute cauliflower rice for white or brown rice. One out of every three suggestions for new menu items was cauliflower rice.
