The Delaware House voted to allow restaurants and taprooms to continue to sell alcohol with take-out, drive-thru or curbside pickup orders through March 2021. Keep in mind, alcohol sales cannot exceed 40% of the bill.  The Delaware Restaurant Association wants to keep alcohol to-go permanent. It started as a compromise after Governor Carney banned dinning in at restaurants in the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
