Rehoboth Beach Is Home To A New Upscale Boutique Hotel

Summer vacation got a little more fancy as Rehoboth Beach is now how to a new upscale, boutique hotel.

Rehoboth Beach is one of the cleanest and nicest beaches I have ever seen and now its gotten a little more upscale.

The Coast Rehoboth Beach is anew 60-room hotel that just opened up.

“Located at 123 Second St. along Rehoboth Avenue, it marks the latest branded hotel to enter Delaware’s beach markets but is one of the few to be located in municipal limits – it’s just two blocks from the boardwalk. It will compete with nearly a dozen other downtown hotels in Rehoboth for a busy tourism destination” according to Delaware Business Times.

The new boutique hotel in Rehoboth Beach falls under the Hilton umbrella under their Tapestry Collection.

Coast Rehoboth Beach occupies the building that formerly held the Sandcastle Motel.

The property was purchased in 2021 for $5 million and underwent a $13 million renovation.

Tapestry Collection hotels will “provide the best of both worlds to travelers who are looking for an independent hotel experience but also want the consistency and reassurance they expect from Hilton. Tapestry-branded properties will be uniquely designed to maintain an independent character from other hotels within the collection” according to Travel and Leisure.

The new Rehoboth Beach boutique hotel features a fitness center, business center, and indoor pool.

Coast Rehoboth Beach also features a new dining experience.

Rehoboth Foodie says that Sirocco is a Mediterranean style restaurant that features small plates. The menu also features fried cheese, lamb smashburgers, and whole roasted branzino.

Sirocco also has a very tasty looking dessert menu with Lebanese style pancakes stuffed with Nutella and Lebanese Ice cream on a bed of Mediterranean cotton candy & pistachio sprinkles.

Delaware's Top Ranked Hotel Is In Wilmington

There’s always time to get away or have a staycation. Delaware’s top ranked hotel is in Wilmington.

The Hotel Du Pont came away with the top ranked in this year’s US News & World Report’s Best Hotels in USA.

The Wilmington hotel topped 15 other hotels to be named Delaware’s best.

US News & World Report described the hotel perfectly. “Nestled in the Wilmington’s financial district, HOTEL DU PONT has been catering to luxury travelers since 1913.
