Reports from Delaware Online say that Carney will issue a statement around 1:45pm Tuesday to announce the closing of the Delaware Beaches bars prior to the July 4th Weekend.
The closures will effect specific zip codes in Sussex County, after the surge of COVID-19 cases in the beach areas. This will include bar areas within restaurants.
