Bebe Rexha was struck in the head by a cell phone tossed from the crowd at her concert in Lower Manhattan last night (June 18). Per Variety, the 33-year-old was hit in the face by the flying phone at The Rooftop at Pier 17, which was captured by fan Alex Chavez from the concert. Footage shared to social media reveals a phone emerging from the crowd and hitting Rexha on the face, who then collapses on her knees to the stage floor. Crew members are seen rushing out to help her.

27-year-old concertgoer, Nicolas Malvagna, is accused of throwing their phone at the singer. He is currently in police custody and is expected to be arraigned later today. Rexha’s weekend performance was a part of her “Best F’n Night of My Life” tour. New York Police were notified of the assault, and a preliminary investigation “determined that a 27-year-old male intentionally threw a cell phone” at Rexha. He was taken into custody on scene and arrested while Rexha was removed by EMS to an area hospital in stable condition.

The "I'm Good" singer, whose real name is Bleta Rexha, received three stitches. A video shows the phone striking Rexha in the upper left cheek, right below her eye. The concert was cut short, as she was taken to the hospital to be evaluated.

Bebe told Variety in April, "There’s nothing like playing songs live — especially songs like these. When you’re there and you’re feeling the energy that radiates off the fans, it’s a special kind of connection … and because it’s been six years, I feel like that’s going to be so important for me and my fan base."

There are five more concerts left of Rexha's ongoing tour in Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlanta, Orlando, and Houston. It is unclear whether the New York incident will affect the remainder of the tour. However, Rexha took to TikTok today showing a video of her face while singing, "I'm good yeah I'm feeling alright" in deadpan as she shows off her bruised face and medical bandages. She captioned the short clip: "I'm okay you guys [sparkling heart]."

Not only can Bebe Rexha work on a song, but she can also werk an outfit. Here are some of her sexiest fashion moments.
