Lil Wayne appears to have endorsed Donald Trump. In a tweet, he shared a photo of himself with the President, saying, “Just had a great meeting with @realdonaldtrump @potus besides what he’s done so far with criminal reform, the platinum plan is going to give the community real ownership. He listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done.”

The Trump administration has seemed to be looking for an endorsement with a major hip-hop artist. On October 20, Eric Trump tweeted a doctored photo of Ice Cube and 50 Cent, that showed them wearing “Trump” hats. This followed 50 Cent posting that he was voting for Trump, because of his concern that Joe Biden’s tax plan was too high, and Ice Cube noting that he met with Trump’s team to discuss his Contract With Black America.

But soon, 50 changed his mind (seemingly with the help of his ex-, Chelsea Handler) and Cube responded to Eric Trump’s tweet saying “N—- please” (Trump later deleted his tweet).

As always, Twitter was quick to respond to this news, with mixed reactions.
