Apparently, Kehlani and YG have decided to go their separate ways. Kehlani recently replied to a fan on Twitter asserting that she’s single. “I’m single luv,” the “You Should Be Here” singer told the fan.
“[expletive] happens. u just gotta stay pure and move with love. and thank God you are one of the ones that do.”
The fan had referenced Kehlani and YG’s new single “Konclusions” that the couple released last week, and Kehlani’s new unmixed and unmastered single “Valentine’s Day,” where she’s “dissin’ the [expletive] out of” YG.
“Girl LEAVE HIS TOXIC [expletive],” the fan told Kehlani, and that’s when Kehlani revealed that she’s single.
Early Monday morning (Feb. 17) Kehlani took to Instagram to announce the release of her new song “Valentine’s Day.”
“Valentine’s Day (Shameful) out now on soundcloud,” she wrote in the caption of her post. “not mixed or mastered. thanks for letting me come get it out my system when i need it.”
“I’d say your name but you don’t deserve recognition. I’d say your name but I won’t…,” Kehlani sings on the track.”Ain’t no regrets because my heart was so pure and I’m never ashamed of my love.”
