Hallmark Is Filming A Movie In Ocean City

According to Patch “”So Fly Christmas,” which describes itself as a “sweet family Christmas feature film,” put out a casting notice saying it would be filming in and around Atlantic City from March 30 through April 18.”
The casting company supporting the movie is called HBG Casting LLC and they were looking for local people to be background actors.
The posting has since expired but you can keep checking back here if you are interested.
According to their website “HBG Casting specializes in casting Leads, Day Players & Background Actors for Feature Films. We also cast shorts, web series, commercials, voiceovers & industrials.”
HBG Casting has worked with Hulu, A24, and SONY.
They have done casting for The Whale, Pinball, and multiple Hallmark Christmas movies.
According to a Christmas Fandom website it looks like the new Hallmark project could wind up filming in Atlantic City.
Hallmark movies have become somewhat of a cult following, especially their offering of Christmas movies.
The fandom is so large their Countdown to Christmas site basically stays up all year long.

With so many movies premiering every year, Variety ranked the top offerings from Hallmark.
They ranked “An Unexpected Christmas” as their top Hallmark Christmas film.
So why watch it?
Variety says “Come for the sweet pretend-we’re-still-together-for-my-parents storyline; stay for the most natural chemistry yet.”
I haven’t fallen into the Hallmark Christmas fever yet…but if I do which one do I HAVE to watch?
