White Castle Beer Available In Delaware
Burgers and beer pair so well together! So why not combine them? There is now a White Castle beer available in Delaware.
Kind of.
The new concoction from Philly based Evil Genius Beer Company is a love song to that favorite late night slider mirage White Castle.
White Castle has been around since 1921 serving up those iconic slider cheeseburgers that can be purchased in a suitcase style carrying case.
The brew is called “It Hits Different” No word on if Harold and Kumar have tried the beer, although we would welcome another movie by them spotlighting the beverage.
According to Brew Bound “It Hits Different is a 6.5% ABV Tangerine IPA brewed with the new, exciting Sabro Hop as well as classic Centennial Hops to celebrate White Castle’s recent hundredth birthday and underscore the brand’s duality of innovation and long standing heritage. With subtle bitterness from the beer’s unique hop profile countered with a pleasant, light tangerine sweetness, It Hits Different was developed to be the perfect partner to White Castle’s signature sliders. The cheeky name is a nod to the two companies’ legacies as tastemakers, creating a product that is one-of-a-kind and uniquely satisfying–there’s nothing else like it.”
Brew Bound also says the beer is now available in DE, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, VA and RI. You can purchase the new beer in cans at retail stores and it will be available in kegs for restaurants and bars.
Evil Genius Beer Company is located at 1727 N Front St, Philadelphia, PA.
Looks like the nearest White Castle location would in Tom’s River. Luckily the company does sell frozen versions of their food in grocery stores.
