Delaware Taco Festival September 24 & 25
The Delaware Taco Festival is coming to the Tubman Garrett Riverfront Park on Saturday and Sunday September 24 & 25.
General admission is from 1pm-7pm each day with VIP entry available starting at 12pm.
If you love tacos, margaritas, games and live music then this is the event for you. Over 60 varieties of tacos will be available from 25 different local food trucks.
The general $9.99 admission fee gets you entry and a free drink once you arrive. The $49.99 VIP fee gets you early entry at 12pm, 5 taco vouchers, entry into an exclusive VIP tent with private bars, a giftbag with swag and a special VIP giveaway.
The live entertainment will include all sorts of music including Mariachi, bands, and djs.
There will be a free shuttle bus to take you to and from the parking lot.
Not only will there be a giant margarita bar, but a nacho bar and churro station in addition to the food trucks.
The kids will be happy with their Kidzone of Carnival games, face painting, bounce houses and more.
Adult games include axe throwing, tailgate games and more.
And for the brave people in the crowd, there will be a hot pepper and taco eating contest.
Most of the vendors accept credit cards but there will be ATMs on site as well.
The Delaware Taco Festival has partnered with the Trauma Survivors Foundation this year and is proud to donate a portion of the proceeds.
