The Delaware Division of Public Health recommends that Delawareans wear cloth face coverings in public settings where social distancing measures are difficult to maintain including grocery stores and pharmacies. Medical or surgical masks should be reserved as equipment for health care workers. A cloth mask can be made by hand or improvised from scarves, t-shirts or towels. Cloth masks prevent the user from spreading germs to other people but if everyone wears one we will all be as protect each other!
