Toddler Died After Putting Charger Plugged Into Wall Into Mouth
A 2-year old in India died of electrocution after putting the lead from a cell phone charger, still plugged into wall into her mouth.
The child was immediately taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. It is not clear what type of phone charger was involved in the incident.
It was reported that this particular charger did have some type of off switch, that had been left in the on position.
