Bradley Cooper Buys $6.5M Historic Farm Estate in New Hope, PA
Bradley Cooper just picked up a huge 33-acre farm estate in New Hope, Pennsylvania for $6.5 million. The property is located close to fellow celebrity Gigi Hadid’s family compound.
Built in 1704, the main house has seven bedrooms with beautiful French oak floors throughout and a huge walk-in fireplace. The property stretches across gorgeous grounds with a 20-acre private lake, separate guest house, a swimming pool, and a preserved stone bank barn.
“Celebrities are drawn to this area as it likely offers them a more peaceful and private lifestyle,” said Tabitha Heit to Fox Business.
Cooper’s purchase adds another star to New Hope’s growing reputation as a celebrity getaway. The quiet Bucks County town has become a popular escape for New Yorkers looking for peace and quiet they don’t get in the city.
His new home is just minutes from Carousel Farm, where Hadid’s family bought in for $3.7 million in 2017. Both stars have been seen hanging out at the fancy River House at Odette’s hotel.
Bradley Cooper Is All Philly
The Philadelphia native keeps close to his hometown roots. He even showed up unexpectedly at Germantown Academy’s 30th reunion, joining old schoolmates at Chestnut Hill Brewing Company. he is also a staple at Eagles games.
In addition, he also has a pop-up cheesesteak place in New York City’s East Village called Danny & Coops. It’s a joint venture with Angelo’s Pizzeria’s owner, Danny DiGiampietro. On many occasions, he can be seen working the grill making cheesesteaks for customers.
Inside the historic home, natural stone walls meet exposed beam ceilings, mixing old-world charm with modern comfort. The large grounds keep the estate private and hidden from view.
This purchase shows how more celebrities are trading Manhattan’s hustle for Pennsylvania’s quiet life. New Hope’s blend of country living and artistic community keeps pulling stars away from the city.
