The last two years I have been lucky enough to emcee this event and it is a 5 star experience.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Delaware puts on a spectacular fundraising event. They wine and dine you while you shop and all proceeds go to RMHC.

While you shop and sip amazing wines and craft cocktails, you can also bid on silent auction items that are sure to leave you wowed.

This sip-sational soirée promises a delightful array of wine tastings and delectable culinary delights.

Founded in Napa Valley in 2005, WW&S is a fun-and-fashionable national event series that lets women put their most generous foot forward, sip to their hearts’ content, and laugh until their cheeks hurt.

The Shoe Guys

Between guest speakers and the “Shoe Guys”, the evening is full of inspiration and entertainment. The team of male volunteers dubbed the “Shoe Guys” walk around and silently judge the shoes on everyone’s feet, trying to find the most standout shoes in the room.

In addition to admiring footwear, they also work hard to raise money for the event in the weeks leading up to the big night, in hopes to be dubbed the “King of Sole”.

Tickets go on sale Tuesday, August 15th. General admission tickets are priced at $125, while VIP tickets are available for $175. All proceeds benefit RMHC Greater Delaware, which serves families with seriously ill children by enabling access to medical care and providing a place that offers comfort, hope, and togetherness.

The Best Of Delaware Party Is Not An Event To Be Missed

Last night we had the pleasure of attending the 2023 Best Of Delaware party, courtesy of Delaware Today Magazine. We only hope to be able to go every year because it is not an event you want to miss!

Let’s start with the venue. Walking into the Chase Center always feels like you’re about to have a good time. The large venue with high ceilings and bright lights make you feel like you’re inside a stadium.

Early VIP entry into the event got you access to food and drinks before the crowds.

The Best of Delaware

The Best that Delaware had to offer was in the house last night. From delectable dishes to craft cocktails, it was all perfection. Local boutiques and spas attended, on site manicures were available, shopping and the silent auction were a WOW factor.

Jellyroll, a Philadelphia area band that performs everywhere from NYC to DC, kept the room moving with their ultimate hits.

Where do we even start? From BBQ to Banana Gelato, from tacos to tequila, we had a little bit of everything last night.
