New Jersey Farmers’ Market Named Best In The Country

Nothing like a weekend or midweek Farmers' Market visit and a New Jersey gathering has been named one of the best in the country!

From canned goods to fresh meats a farmer's market can really take your pantry from basic to spectacular with just one trip.

Farmers' markets also help stimulate and support local communities and businesses.

A short drive from Wilmington will bring you to one of the best farmer's markets in the United States.

The Collingswood Farmers' Market was ranked the 2nd best of its kind by USA Today 10Best.

The Collingswood Farmers' Market, ranked as one of the best in the country is located at 713 North Atlantic Ave, Collingswood, NJ 08108 and is open rain or shine every Saturday from 8am to noon and runs until Thanksgiving.

A New Jersey shore town has been named one of the best nude beaches in the US!

TripAdvisor recently put out a poll for the Top Beaches In The US and one New Jersey Shore Town made the list.  That shore town was Cape May Beach.

This poll is a little different than that one.  MyDatingAdviser.com made their own beach poll but they went the best skinny dipping spots in the US route.

Who knew there were so many beaches in the US you could go nude?  When you think of nude beaches, the first thing that probably comes to mind is Europe. Europeans are very open and are more willing to take their clothes off in public (or so I read).

Also, who knew there was one in New Jersey? When you think of New Jersey beaches, you may go the "Jersey Shore" tv show route.  Seaside, Belmar, Point Pleasant.  None of those beaches made this skinny dipping beach list.  Or if you are from Philly, you probably hit up Wildwood, Sea Isle City, Avalon, Margate.  Nope, none of those made this list either.  How about family places like Long Beach Island or Island Beach State Park? Of course, they didn't make the list.  Okay, it has to be Atlantic City.  Atlantic City is basically the East Coast version of Las Vegas.  Well once again, that's not the one either.

Located in California, it's best known for hiking, backpacking and skiing.  Apparently, it also boasts a great nude beach as well.

California beaches are well represented in this list.  If you are a nudist, Cali might be the spot for you. When you read into Baker Beach, you will see it's unsafe for swimming because of the big waves, undertow, and the rip currents.  I would suggest not swimming there and especially not swimming nude.

Gunnison beach is the only legal nude beach in New Jersey. It's located in Monmouth County and it's also one of the largest nude beaches on the East Coast.

According to the article from MyDatingAdviser.com, this place is a well-known attraction for cliff jumping.  Can you imagine cliff-jumping in the nude?  That just sounds painful!

The Baby Hot Springs are the most popular hot springs in Oregon... Apparently, they are known for their hot springs.  Hot springs and nudity sounds dangerous.

The world famous Haulover Beach is located in Miami Beach and it's Florida's best-known public nude beach.  It is also the oldest officially recognizes nude beach and it's regularly ranked in the Top 10 nude beaches.

One of the most spectacular mineral springs in the world with 104-degree mineral water, Strawberry Hot Springs comes in at #7 on the list.  Here we go with the word Hot Springs again.

The name Hippie Hollow gave it away for me. This is the only legal nude beach in the state of Texas as long as you are 18 and over. While reading about Hippie Hollow, I noticed there is not much sand along the shore.  It's mostly rocks and limestone.  Umm, so you are telling me falling is not an option.  Geez, that would hurt!

Little Beach is actually an unofficial nude beach.  I'm not sure how you can be unofficial but apparently they are. This beach is right near Maui and it's covered in beautiful white sand.

This is a big surfer destination.  I'm not sure if it's a big nude surfing spot so be careful if you plan on riding some moves in the nude.

It's located in San Diego right near the University of California San Diego campus so maybe that's why it's a big nudie spot?

Also known as the "Porkies," this park is home to secluded lakes and miles of wild rivers.  Wild Rivers and nudity doesn't sound like a good combo but the "Porkies" came in at #3 on the Best Nude Beaches in the US!

In the description on MyDatingAdviser.com, it states that "it's an ideal and safe place for adults and children to visit in the summer..."  Umm, if adults are getting all weird and going skinny-dipping, I would leave the kids at home. Doing more research on this beach, it is temporarily closed so how did it make the list? Hmmmm...

There are quite a few places to swim on the Washougal River.  When the water level is high enough, you can grab a tube and float.  There are many places to lounge and get some sun as well.  I guess, all while being nude.
