Local Scout Troop Receives Incredible Honor
Deanna & Justin recently spoke to a local boy scout troop that was chosen to do something incredible! Listen to the interview above!
Boys Scout of America Troop 18, of West Grove, PA was selected to participate in a Wreath Laying Ceremony on March 11, 2023 at Arlington National Cemetery at the tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Boy Scout, Josh Knapp’s grandfather, Jim Turner was a member of the Old Guard during the Korean War in 1950.
On March 1, a retired Sentinel, Mr. George March, traveled to visit with the boys during their regular boy scout meeting to provide a presentation on the history of the tomb and what to expect when they visited on March 11, 2023.
