Conch Fritters
Hollywood Kyle spoke with a local Antiguan on the flight in to Sandals Grande Antigua and was introduced to some of the exquisite local dishes of the island. Travelling through the Caribbean, most people already know of the jerk chicken of course, but it doesn’t stop there. Local favorites, according to Kyle’s inside source, are conch fritters, local fish including mahi-mahi, snapper, and tuna, as well as black pineapple, sugar apples, and saltfish and fungie.
