Beyoncé accepts the Best R&B Performance award for 'Black Parade' onstage during the 63rd Annual GRAMMY Awards at Los Angeles Convention Center on March 14, 2021 in Los Angeles, California.

Beyoncé turns 40 next month and the Virgo Queen reflected on her evolution through the years that made her into the woman she is today in the Icon Issue for Harper’s Bazaar.

What stood out most to fans, besides her letting us know that new music is coming was when Queen B revealed that during her quarantine experience, she went from “overindulgences to creating positive rituals drawing from past generations and putting my own spin on things.” She discovered CBD (Cannabidiol — the second most prevalent of the active ingredients of marijuana) on her last tour in 2016.

“I’ve experienced its benefits for soreness and inflammation,” Beyoncé said. “It helped with my restless nights and the agitation that comes from not being able to fall asleep. I found healing properties in honey that benefit me and my children. And now I’m building a hemp and a honey farm. I’ve even got hives on my roof! And I’m so happy that my daughters will have the example of those rituals from me. One of my most satisfying moments as a mom is when I found Blue one day soaking in the bath with her eyes closed, using blends I created and taking time for herself to decompress and be at peace. I have so much to share…and there’s more to come soon!”

Many Twitter users posted the below clip of Beyoncé zoning out and feeling herself on stage. This user captioned her post of nearly one million views, “beyoncé: ‘I discovered CBD (Marijuana) on my last tour and tried it out…’

And the jokes came rolling in on Twitter:

One Twitter user said, “This is why she doesn’t tell us anything lmaooo.”
