See Wild Horses During Assateague Island’s Pony Kayak Tour

Assateague Island’s wild horses are one of the most famous sights on the island. Assateague Island is a 37 mile long island along the coasts of Maryland and Virginia. Whether you are enjoying a picnic on the beach or just taking a leisurely drive you are very likely to see a couple horses grazing in the grass or galloping in the sand. This tour will have you kayaking through the back bays of Assateague Island National Seashore with the hopes of seeing the wildlife of the Island, including the horses!
The tour will be led by certified kayak guides who will provide a short instructional session before you venture off. Safety gear will also be provided. Admission is $55 for adults & $45 for children aged 7-11 who are accompanied by an adult. The dates available for July are the 9th, 12th, 14th, 20th, 28th and 30th.
