There Is Now A Shortage Of Fireworks
Last year, most large scale firework displays were cancelled for the 4th of July. This year things are gearing up to look a lot more like they did pre-pandemic. Now there’s a new problem, we’re running low on fireworks.
According to BestLife.com, Brooklyn Fireworks made a statement saying that the whole industry is facing a “massive production shortage.” The majority of products ordered for 2021, 60% total, will not arrive due to the shortage. Shipping of fireworks has also increased more than 100% from this time last year.
Many locations will be having their annual firework displays this year still. Just expect to pay significantly more if you are going to buy some for yourself.
