James Corden Does A Parody of Silk Sonic’s ‘Leave The Door Open’
Silk Sonic’s “Leave The Door Open” has clearly made a big impression on the host of The Late Late Show With James Corden. Corden, musical director Reggie Watts, and The Late Late Show band did their best Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak impressions, to make just one request of you: please leave the TV on after The Late Show with Stephen Colbert ends.

As we previously reported, Silk Sonic performed the song at this years Grammys after Bruno Mars tweeted an open letter to the Recording Academy saying, “Dear Grammys, if you could see it in your hearts to allow two out of work musicians to perform at your show, we would really appreciate it.” But Corden’s parody was of their music video, which premiered a week earlier. Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak haven’t announced when they’ll release any new songs, or if there is a full album in the works.
