Americans Say They Are Happiest During The Fall
If pumpkin patches, hoodies, and the falling of leaves has you in a better mood, you are not alone! A survey by the chocolate marshmellow brand, Stuffed Puffs and marketing researchers, OnePoll found that more than half of Americans surveyed said they were more content during the fall than any other season.
According to the 2,000 Americans surveyed, even during the current pandemic, 56% said they were most happy during this time of the year. Fall activities that they enjoy the most were: leaves changing colors, the cool air, and drinking hot chocolate. They also included the coming of the holidays and homemade soup as the reason for their excitement.
According to People.com, 33% said that fall was their favorite time of the year all together. People who picked fall as their favorite season typically shows character traits such as adventurous and sarcastic. They were also more likely to consider themselves, “rebellious”. OnePoll and Stuffed Puffs even took the time to ask surveyors what was the perfect fall temperature. They said that it currented during the first two weeks of October and was 53 degrees Fahrenheit.
