Billy Idol Mourns the Passing of His Mother, Joan Broad
Billy Idol took to social media to mourn the passing of his mother, Joan Broad.
Idol wrote, “Sad news my Mum, Joan Broad, passed away peacefully Sunday 16th of August 4:10 UK time. My sister, Jane, and I were lucky to have such a lovely Mum who was both caring and compassionate.”
Idol added, “Luckily during this Covid 19, mum hospiced at home so was surrounded by her family and loved ones as she passed. Here she is with Dad on her wedding day August 29th 1953.”
Idol did not detail the exact cause of death.
