Taylor Swift’s Behind The Scenes Look At ‘The Man’ Video
Taylor Swift is giving fans a behind the scenes look at how the video for “The Man” was made. In the clip, Taylor goes into detail on why she ended up directing the project. She explains that she originally wanted a female director, but they were all booked. She says, “So I was like, I know exactly what I want this video to be. I know exactly who I would use as DP and as AD. Why don’t I just try this? Directing for the first time alone, it just was the easiest and quickest way to get the video done in the way that I wanted to do it. ”
The video shows Taylor being silly and enjoying her time as “Tyler.” It also shows her with her directing hat on while dressed as “Tyler,” which sounds and looks funny, considering her female voice is coming out of what looks like a man. At the end of the video, Taylor does assure fans that, “No men were harmed in the making of this video.” Watch the behind the scenes to “The Man” below.
