Jennifer Lopez is getting sued for a photo she posted on Instagram, of herself and fiance Alex Rodriguez, because she didn’t have permission to use the pic. People explains that Splash News and Picture Agency are going after Lopez for copyright infringement to the tune of $150,000.

The photo is two years old, and shows the pair holding hands in New York City. “Specifically, Lopez or someone acting on her behalf copied the Photograph and distributed it on Instagram, via the @jlo account, on a story posted November 1, 2017.”

In llegaldocs, the photo agency explains, “The Photograph is creative, distinctive, and valuable. Because of the subject’s celebrity status, the Photograph’s quality and visual appeal, plaintiff stood to gain revenue from licensing the Photograph.”

Other celebrities who have been sued for similar incidents include Gigi Hadid, Khloe Kardashian, and  Ariana Grande.
