We wait all year to finally take some vacation time! It’s YOUR time to relax with family, enjoy yourself, and get away from work. According to a LinkedIn survey, over half of workers check in once a day and about a quarter of those surveyed check in three times a day. The primary reason is because employees are afraid to fall behind. Some workers say that they feel that no one else is capable of their work. If you’re going on vacation be sure to unplug and take some time away from work. It’s what that time is for. You will be more productive and happy when you come back.
