Farmer and the Cow is located right here in Wilmington, for those that don’t know. You’ll find them at 413 N. Market Street. Reader’s Digest says at Farmer and the Cow, “you’ll find creative burgers with cheeky names.” I took a quick glance at the menu and learned, they’re spot on. The names of these burgers are awesome. Here are a few of my favorites, I can’t wait to try.
Moo Caliente ::VERY spicy:: no modifications
Habanero, Reaper Aioli, Onion Straws, Avocado Crema, Ghost Jack
That’s What Brie Said
Bourbon Apple, Prosciutto, Balsamic, Brie
That’ll Do Pig as seen on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives
Tots, Bacon, Bacon Mayo, Bacon Jam, Sautéed Onion, Bacon Cheddar
Farmer and the Cow boasts about the house blend used in their burgers, a blend of brisket, chuck and filet, sliced and grinded, hand patted and never frozen. My mouth is watering!
Wash it all down with a smooth bourbon, crispy craft beer or creamy milkshake.
