Savannah Bananas 2024 Schedule Announced, Coming To Philadelphia

The Savannah Bananas 2024 schedule has been released and you can put yourself in the lottery to win a spot for next season! The viral sensation is just wrapping up its 2023 Banana Ball World Tour and now will be taking on Major League Stadiums in some cities for 2024, including Philadelphia. That’s pretty awesome!

Who Are The Savannah Bananas?

According to their website, this is how they would describe themselves!

We are not your typical baseball team. We are different. We take chances. We toe the line. We test the rules. We challenge the way things are supposed to be.

They actually made a stop to the Delaware Valley in 2023 at the Trenton Thunder Ballpark on August 9th. We are guessing the games will be as popular as last year and we were right. The lottery filled up VERY quickly and now fans are patiently awaiting their spot.

Savannah Bananas 2024 Schedule

The lottery closed on December 1st of 2023. Fans are anxiously awaiting to be part of the incredible year the Savannah Bananas have planned.ย  After a random drawing, if your name is selected you will then have a chance to purchase tickets.ย  Tickets are affordable at $35 per ticket and there are no taxes or fees on top of that.

Let’s take a look at what this year brings us starting with TAMPA! They get the first stop on the tour.

Check out the locations and dates below for the Savannah Bananas 2024 tour:

  • Tampa Bay, Florida

    Dates to be released soon but they will be playing at George M. Steinbrenner Field! This picture was before a Phillies/Yankees spring training game.

  • Peoria, Arizona

    They will be playing at the Peoria Sports Complex. Another great Spring Training venue that is absolutely perfect for Banana Ball.

  • Savannah, Georgia

    This is the Bananas home stadium! This is where it all started for the viral sensation. Scroll back up to hear our interview with Jesse Cole. Lots of dates for this venue.

     

  • Jacksonville, Florida

    121 Financial Ballpark will host the Savannah Bananas as well, another game in Florida. The first week of March will be nice because of that Spring Training weather!

  • Houston, Texas

    MINUTE MAID PARK! Yes, a Major League Ballpark will be hosting the Savannah Bananas in 2024. This is the home of the Houston Astros and will soon be home to the Bananas for an evening.

  • Baton Rouge, Lousiana

    Alex Box Stadium opened in 2009 and has hosted seven NCAA super regionals! This is a big time ballpark, not quite Major Leagues but getting there.

  • Gwinnett, Georgia

    Coolray Field is another stop on the schedule for today. What do you think of this great location? Fans have traveled from all over or planned trips around these stops.

     

  • Durham, North Carolina

    In the heart of college basketball country, we will have Banana Ball playing!

     

  • Albuquerque, New Mexico

    At the Rio Grande Credit Union Field at Isotopes Park, perhaps the longest stadium name they will visit on the tour!

  • Mesa, Arizona

    Back to Arizona for another Spring Training ballpark visit. This time they are taking on Sloan Park.

  • Fresno, California

    My favorite name of a stadium on this list, Chukchansi Park without a doubt. I don’t know what it means but hey, it’s cool.

  • Sacramento, California

    Sutter Health Park in Sacramento will host the Bananas and Party Animals. That’s their arch rival team (that they play every single time).

  • Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

    Okay maybe this one is a better name than the one in Fresno, I will let you decide. Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.

  • Columbus, Ohio

    Huntington Park ain’t too far from where Ohio State plays their massive football games. This will be a bit different!

  • Boston, Massachusetts

    No way! FENWAY PARK! The legendary ballpark will host banana ball. I’m sure some traditionalists will be pretty upset about this but c’mon, it’s fun!

  • Nashville, Tennessee

    Nashville, the country music capital of the world, just got bananas. The First Horizon Park will host them June 13-15.

  • Indianapolis, Indiana

    Victory Field (what a great name of a park, so optimistic) will play host. Start your engines Indy!!

  • Buffalo, New York

    Sahlen Field are the home of the Triple-A team the Buffalo Bisons (prior to 1988). A classic ballpark look!

  • Washington, D.C.

    Nationals Park, another major league park, will play host for the bananas. This one in our nation’s capital!

  • Louisville, Kentucky

    The home of the baseball bat slugger, Louisville. Fitting, playing at the Louisville Slugger Field.

  • Cleveland, Ohio

    AND another Major League Baseball Ballpark!! Progressive Field in Cleveland is a top favorite as well for fans.

  • Norfolk, Viriginia

    Harbor Park Stadium in Norfolk will play host as well. The Bananas just added a new team to banana ball as well, fun fact. The Firefighters!

  • Salt Lake City, Utah

    Gotta love this part of the country and Smith’s Ballpark!

  • Des Moines, Iowa

    At Principal Park, there’s only one principle and that’s great fun baseball!

  • Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

    YESSSS! Coming to Citizens Bank Park. This is going to be huge for fans in the Delaware Valley. Much bigger venue than Trenton!

  • Miami, Florida

    Loan Depot Park seems to close out the World Tour for the Bananas. This is the spot for the Miami Marlins usually now some fruit are gonna take over.

To round it all out there will be a Savannah Bananas cruise called “Bananaland at Sea” on board a Norwegian Cruise Line ship setting sail October 14-18, 2024.
