2025 ‘Thunder Over the Waves’ Air Show Scheduled for Sept. 6 in Wildwoods
A “Thunder Over the Waves” air show will take place this summer in New Jersey’s Wildwoods. According to air show organizers, the Sept. 6 show will include 11 headlining acts, including several military performers.
The Greater Wildwoods Tourism Improvement and Development Authority and David Schultz Airshows are presenting “Thunder Over the Waves.” Attendees can catch the performances from the beaches in The Wildwoods, which includes North Wildwood, Wildwood, and Wildwood Crest.
The main air show event on Sept. 6 will be approximately four hours.

According to a 6abc Action News report, “Thunder Over the Waves” will attract approximately 400,000 spectators.
The Wildwoods air show lineup follows the announcement of the return of a “Soar and Shore Festival” in Atlantic City, which its organizers say is a civilian air show. Performer information has not been announced.
