Poconos All-Inclusive Resort Named One Of Top Spots In The US
It might not be the beach, but the Poconos has an all-inclusive vacation spot and it’s one of the best in the country! Oh, and we don’t need a passport or to hop on a plane.
Luxury Vacation In The Poconos
Travel + Leisure recently named Pocono Mountain’s Skytop Lodge one of the 16 best all-inclusive USA resorts. Not only is it awesome that it’s in the Poconos, but the fact that it’s so close to Philadelphia is such a plus.
Experts Love It
“… this historic mountain resort has been luring guests high into the Poconos since 1928,” T+L wrote. “Book a room in the grand stone lodge or at the inn that opens right onto the championship golf course. As for all-inclusive plans, Skytop Lodge offers a Modified American Plan for the whole family, which includes breakfast and dinner at the lodge’s eateries.”
When you look at all the activities, you can see why it’s ranked so high. Everything from ping pong to shopping, to campfires, wagon rides, craft corner, UNO tournaments, yoga, Axe, Knife, and Ninja Star Throwing, and so much more!
Pocono Destination Of the Stars
One of my favorite destinations is The Lodge at Woodloch. I couldn’t afford to stay there for two nights (which is the minimum) but I have gone for the day twice, and it is a dream. It’s so magical, that Oprah has been there a few times.
You know I’m from near the Poconos, in fact, my brother, sister-in-law, and niece live in Jim Thorpe. I have a dream to build a resort and spa in Jim Thorpe. I just need to find billionaires (Yuengling family would be perfect, to be honest), to invest and help me create it. Does anyone want to volunteer their wallet? I have a whole plan I can show you. 😉
