Another place for groceries will open in Middletown as Sprouts Farmers Market sets up shop.
According to the Delaware Business Times the new Sprouts will open in 2025.
Sprouts Farmers Market will be right by another favorite store of ours: Target!
Sprouts will join target in the new Northside Shopping Center in Middletown.
"Sprouts opened its first store in Delaware in 2020 adjacent to the Concord Mall near the Pennsylvania border off U.S. Route 202. The Middletown space would appear to be a slightly smaller footprint than the roughly 30,000-square-foot location opened there" according to the Delaware Business Times.
Target announced their Middletown expansion back in January
The Northside Shopping Center also features a Wine and Spirits, Burger King, Popeye’s Chicken, a Dash In, and a Harbor Freight Tools across the street according to online plans.
Other nearby Target locations include locations at Brandywine Town Center off Concord Pike, the Christiana Mall, Prices Corner shopping center and on Route 13 in Dover.
The Northside Shopping Center will be located at 465 Middletown Warwick Rd, Middletown, DE 19709.
Targets opening date is estimated to be in the summer of 2024, so the waiting times on these stores will be awhile but it is still very exciting!

Sprouts Farmers Market operates 380 stores with approximately 31,000 team members.
