According to Yahoo.com, T.J Maxx is coming to the coastline.
Company representatives confirmed the store will be opening on Route 1 outside Rehoboth Beach. It will be located between andThat! and Aldi.
A press release confirmed the grand opening of T.J. Maxx will complete the multi-year, end-to-end renovation of a building that was once all a 56,700-square-foot Kmart.
According to Sussex County property records, the 13-acre piece of land, which also includes the large parking lot and Chick-fil-A, was sold in November for a little more than $20 million to Coastal One Properties LLC.
