Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis Are Fighting Over Child Support Issues
Even though exes Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis have been spotted hugging it out recently, that doesn’t mean they’ve resolved their conflicts. Per gossip website TMZ, there is a messy fight over how child support will be handled between the two actors.
Sources say the Ted Lasso star’s lawyer, Bill Beslow, has gone to a New York judge in early January to resolve all child support issues. As we previously reported, both a New York judge and a California judge ruled all custody issues should be handled in the children’s home city of Los Angeles. Now, the New York judge set a hearing date for February 15.

Insiders connected to Jason, 47, say he does not want any child support from Olivia. They say he is willing to pay her “a reasonable amount” in child support either decided by the two of them or a New York judge. However, Olivia, 38, wants both custody and child support decided in L.A.
Sudeikis’ lawyer is appealing the decision to have custody decided in L.A. As for Olivia’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, and Olivia’s New York lawyer have filed legal documents asking the judge on February 15 to dismiss the move to handle child support in New York, so a judge in L.A. can decide all issues involving the children.
The former couple, who were engaged for seven years, share son Otis Alexander, 8, and daughter Daisy Josephine, 6.
