Justin Bieber Is Getting Sued By Paparazzi

Once again, a celebrity is in trouble for posting a picture of themselves on their own social media page. This time it is Justin Bieber. E! News explains that the photographer, Robert Barbera, is the owner of the photo, and Bieber did not have permission to post it.
“Barbera is the author of the Photograph and has at all times been the sole owner of all right, title and interest in and to the Photograph, including the copyright thereto,” court documents state. They also say that Justin did not license the photograph or have consent to publish.
The photo, which has him and his friend Rich Wilkerson getting out of a car, was put on Instagram March 13. The picture is still on his page.
