No joke, Ariana Grande will guest star on Jim Carrey’s Showtime series. And thanks to the new Kidding Season 2 trailer, fans get to see Grande play a pickle fairy. And yes, she will be a singing pickle fairy.

Blink and you might miss the famous Carrey superfan, who pops up at the one minute and 47-second mark with pickle fairy wings. The new season, which premieres Nov. 3, focuses on Carrey’s beloved kid’s show host for 30 years trying to make his way back to television. Perhaps, with a little help from Grande, who was more than happy to lend a hand. After all, she does have a tattoo of Carrey’s iconic Truman Show line, written upside, of course.

With his beloved Mr. Pickles' Puppet Time off the air for the first time in 30 years, Jeff Pickles must find a way to communicate with his many fans who still need him. Jeff creates a new and controversial method to talk directly to children across the world only to become the target of animosity for the first time in his career.

On Instagram, Grande shared an on set photo with Carrey, who she’s been a fan of since she was a kid. “Nothing is crazier than getting to work with and spend time with someone whom you’ve idolized and adored since before you could speak,” she wrote. “Actually, what’s even crazier is discovering that person to be more special and warm and generous in person than you ever could’ve imagined.”

The former Nickelodeon star said she makes “a tiny appearance” on Kidding, but Carrey had nothing but praise for her. “You picked up the magic fairy wings and wore them well,” he tweeted.

While Kidding‘s creator Dave Holstein told reporters at the Television Critics Association summer press tour that he could “tell you very little about her role,” he did say, “She is lovely and she sings and there’s nothing more heartbreaking and beautiful than standing 15 feet away from Ariana Grande and hearing her sing.” Well, alrighty then.
