Deanna and Justin In The Morning

5:30am - 10:00am

Everyday we like to reflect on what we learned during the Morning Show. Join us for more wisdom tomorrow morning from 5:30-9 !

  • Two people in Florida took stupid to a whole new level when they decided to lie down in a dark roadway to see the lunar eclipse on Sunday night. They were run over by a police car. Luckily, their injuries were non-life threatening so they can watch the next eclipse from the grass.

  • If you’re looking to do something stupid in hopes of going viral, too bad! Youtube is banning users from sharing videos of dangerous pranks and challenges that may put people’s lives in jeopardy.

  • If you’re wondering how many squats you need to do to see results, unfortunately, there is no magic number but personal trainers suggest the ideal starting point is three to five sets of 8-12 reps 2-3 times per week.

  • Delawareans who travel on newly opened 301 are frustrated with the hefty 4 dollar toll. If you travel that route 30 times in a 30 day period, you can get a 50% discount.

  • More than half of Americans consider their car as part of the family and have even gone as far as to name their car.
