Customers at participating bars could use pot inside as long as it isn’t smoked. The new law does provide for the possibility of outside smoking areas under restrictive circumstances.


An assembly committee in New Jersey has approved a bill that would ban veterinarians in New Jersey from declawing cats. It would become an animal cruelty violation punishable by up to $1,000 fine and six months in prison.
