Here’s a story from our friends in Philadelphia. A story that happened during the Philadelphia Phillies National League Championship game 5. Rhys Hoskins wife was apparently making friends in the stands. According to ESPN, “Rhys Hoskins hit a two-run homer in Game 5 of the NL Championship Series to spark Philadelphia’s improbable run to the pennant and a shot at its first World Series championship since 2008. Harper, Hoskins & Crew are coming for a most improbable World Series championship.”
ESPN reports “Starting Friday, the Houston Astros and Philadelphia Phillies will clash for the Commissioner’s Trophy. A meeting of one league’s favorite and the other league’s biggest underdog. Under MLB’s new playoff format, the Phillies entered as the sixth and final seed in the National League but advanced all the way to the Fall Classic. The American League’s No. 1 seed, the Astros, rolled over the rest of the Junior Circuit.” Rolled was right. You see what they did to the Yankees?
